How to Make Balsamic Strawberry Caprese Sala

Step 1: Start by cutting the tops of the strawberries off, then slicing them in half. If your strawberries are larger, quarter them. Place them in a large bowl.

Step 2: Next, rinse and pat dry the mozzarella pearls, slice them in half, and add them to the bowl.

Step 3: Then, slice the fresh basil and add it to the bowl. Pour in the olive oil and toss. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4: When you are ready to serve the salad, garnish with flaky sea salt and balsamic glaze.

  • 8oz. mozzarella pearls

  • 3/4 tsp olive oil

  • Fresh basil, roughly 1/8-1/4 cup

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Flaky sea salt
