There’s nothing like a poké lunch on the beach! Poké Bar’s poke bowls are always so fresh and made to order. Order one from the menu or customize your own! They have locations all over, but I come here every time I’m in Waikiki since it’s right on the beach and so delicious!

Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck

Giovanni’s lives up to the hype! I can see why this place is always packed. Head over to Giovanni’s for their famous garlic shrimp. There are three locations: Waikiki, Haleiwa, and Kahuku. We went to the Haleiwa location, where there were a bunch of other food trucks to check out!

Doraku

Doraku might be my favorite sushi place in Waikiki. The food is amazing, the drinks are great, and the restaurant has a great vibe. Located on the 3rd floor of the Royal Hawaiian, stop here for happy hour or dinner after a day of shopping!

The Harbor Pub and Pizza is another place that we have to go to every time we come to Oahu. A place for locals and tourists alike, they have great happy hour prices, good drinks, and the best pizza in Waikiki!

Okina Cafe

We found this food truck up in Haleiwa and had to stop. Okina Café has some amazing Hawaiian food. We tried the kalua pork sliders, and they hit the spot. Check this spot out when you’re on the North Shore.

Shabuya

This was one of my favorite meals from our trip. I love a good hot pot, especially one that is all you can eat. They had so many fresh vegetables, seafood, noodles, and meat to choose from. Highly recommend coming here if you’re near Ala Moana.

I first noticed Marugame Udon a few years ago from the line wrapped around the building night after night. This year, we finally had to try it for ourselves. It was late, so we decided to order through their to-go window, and once we got back to the hotel to try it for ourselves, we understood the hype! Check this spot out for the best udon.
