How to Make Crispy Hot Honey Garlic Chicken
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise to form 4 thinner chicken cutlets—season both sides of each cutlet with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Mix the panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, chipotle chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture onto a large plate. Then, in a small bowl, whisk together 2 eggs.

Step 3: Dip each cutlet into the eggs, then into the panko mixture until evenly coated on all sides. Place each cutlet onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

Step 4: When the chicken is almost done, prepare the hot honey sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then, add the hot honey, apple cider vinegar, butter, and cayenne pepper. Stir frequently until it becomes a syrup consistency.

Step 5: Pour the hot honey over the chicken cutlets and serve.
