How to Make Easy Rosemary Lemon Dill Salmon
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the foil. Then, place the salmon fillet(s) skin side down on the oil.
Spread the other 2 teaspoons of olive oil over the salmon until evenly coated. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and dill. Then, slice the lemons into thin wheels, place them over the salmon, and place the sprigs of fresh rosemary on top of the salmon as well.
Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F or to your desired doneness. Once the salmon is cooked, remove the rosemary sprigs and serve.
